I have significantly reorganized files on our shared drive
and I would like to print out the complete list of folders
and subfolders contained within this particular directory
so that I can update my colleagues on the current location
of these folders/subfolders. Adding the print directory
feature only gives me the a print listing of the first
folder level within the directory and not the 2nd, 3rd or
4th levels. Anyone know how I can do this?

I'm not sure what you've tried, but most 3'rd party add-ons such as
ExpPrint http://www.jddesign.co.uk/ (or the command line DIR /S
option) will usually provide sub-directory listings.
