I am not sure if this is a Windows problem directly, but I figured it's worth a shot... We have a printer on our network [Canon CLC700] controlled by a ColorPass4000+. All of a sudden, we have error printing to this printer. What I did was delete the printer (on each users machine) and add it again, that worked on some, but not on others. What's happening is that it doesn't show all the correct page sizes. Any ideas? A shove in the right direction? I called our service people on this machine and they weren't much help. Cheers!
