PRINTING ENVELOPES

When using the tool bar for printing envelopes, I can only print one envelope with given address. The address is then deleted and must be retyped for a single additional envelope. How can I get the program to print more than one envelope without retyping the mailing address each time?
 
Click the Add to Document button in the dialog, then print Page 0 or Section
1 of the resulting document (as many times as needed). If this is something
like a SASE that will be reused often, create an envelope from scratch and
save it as a document.
