Just upgraded to Outlook 2003 and I'm unable to print an envelope (via Word).

Is there a way in 2003 to easly print just one envelope or lable rather than
goiing the whole mail merge route?

They way I USED to do it (and granted this may be a question for Word...) I
would open word>envelopes and then select the Address Book icon and select a
name.

Since i've upgraded to Outlook 2003 that Address Book icon is not available
(greyed out).

Any suggestions??

If your version of Word doesn't match your version of Outlook, you can't use
any interactive functions like this, mail merge, sending e-mail directly
through Word, etc. Does that describe your current setup?

I agree that it's better to use Word for labels. It sounds like your Contacts
are not set up in Outlook. Right click on the Contacts folder and choose Use
this folder as an Address book. Make sure Word is using the correct Address
Book for labels in "Show Names From..." box.
