Printing envelope error

About 10 days ago I composed a letter to send and
printed an envelope with the addition of Attention Fr.
Mark along with the delivery address, I did not send the
letter but I did save it in my Doc's. now every time I
try to print an envelope in Word Perf. I get the
Attention Fr. Mark line printed in the Del Add. I have
tried numerous ways to get rid of it but it stays right
there. can any one help me get rid of this prob.
