printing emails in really really small font - WHY?

Who's font format has to change to get emails to print in normal size font?
The sender or receiver? Please help... I can't continue working like this...

I've see this happen also.. a fix would be nice!

Education! No need to print emails most of the time....
 
We have had this happen quite often. In the legal profession, my users very
often need to print emails. I have not found a good reason or a good
solution.
