Printing email received

When I changed to XP Pro from WinNT Pro, my email print outs shrank from about 10-12 point type to 6 point. I can find no way to increase the size of the output type. I have consulted my Internet provider, experts at various places, and no one seems to have a clue. Now, I have to copy to Word and set the type size and print from it to get readable output. There does not appear to be in Internet Explorer a way to increase the print size. I can increase the screen size, but not the print size. What am I missing?
 
Are you using Outlook Express?

Outlook Express uses the same print engine as Internet Explorer.

For print size: IE>View>Text Size>Make adjustment.

For margins: IE>File>Page Setup.
