Printing email addresses in OE 2003

How do I print names and corresponding email addresses for a particular group
(all names that I have in a particular folder)?

This isn't a Contact folder, right, just a folder with messages in it? In
that case, you can't. In fact, you can't even get their email addresses to
show up on the list.

I should have been clearer...yes, it is a contact folder.

Set up a table view of your Contact folder that contains only the information
you want to print, then print that view (make sure you use the Table print
style as well -- do a print preview first).

Some are already built in, such as By Category (that will give you an idea of
what a table view looks like). To create a new view, click View | Arrange By
| Current View | Define Views and create a new view in the Table style. Add
the fields you want (remove any you don't want) and play with the other
settings as you like. You can always go back and change the view if you
don't like it.
