printing draft emails leaves off 'To' and 'Subject'

I have created a draft message in Outlook and saved it. If i open it and
print it the 'To' and 'Subject' lines do not print? Can this be set-up
differently?
 
This is normal behavior for WordMail as the editor. Either don't print until
the item is in Sent Items or turn off WordMail.
