When I print my document, it comes out printed in about 3/4 size. In other
words, lots of white space around document. I would like to see it larger on
the page. Thanks.

Does the document contain markup (tracked changes, comments)? If so, Word is
leaving margin space for the balloons.

You didn't identify your word version, nor did you identify if the document
was in doc format or html format.

I am assuming that you have a doc format.

Unless you clicked on a the Scaling print setting, your print problem is
probably being caused by the settings of Track Changes.

In Word 2003, track changes allows the user to display comments in balloons
typically located at the right margin. If you are using track changes, you
can print the several versions of the document 1) original, 2) original with
markup, 3) final with markup, and 4) Final. The with markup shows the
original text with any changes that have not been accepted. Markup also can
include editor comments.

In a multi page document, a comment balloon on page 7 can automatically
adjust the print margins and reduce the documents print size for all of the
document's pages. When you print the document and look at pages 1-6, they
look out of whack and possibly you are cancelling the print job before seeing
the comment.

Prior to printing, use print preview to view the document. If you want to
print the final document select show final on the reviewer toolbar. Then
print. At some point you will have to accept all of the changes, then turn
off track changes and save the final document.

Yes. On the Review tab, in the Tracking group, click the arrow on the Track
Changes button and choose "Change Tracking Options." At the bottom under
Balloons, choose "Never" for "Use balloons."

Even withouth track changes on, under the show markup section the comments,
ink, insertions and deletions and formatting are checked off. If i uncheck
comments I don't have a problem, but I wanted to know if there is any way by
default to turn off the balloons so that the print is normal. This is in
Word 2007
