Printing Current page

I work in a Law Firm and use the Docs Open mamagement system. I have a secretary who pens a rather small document (12 pgs). She will place her insertion point in page 12 and go to the Print\Current Page option and the printer printed page 11. We have opened this doc with other users and different printers with the same results. Can anyone explain.

Documents are formatted according to the current printer driver. Printing
will cause the document to reformat to the active printer, and this may
change the paging. - see
