In Outlook 2002 one can print contacts to use as a traditional address book.
Is it possible to set the print options to include the notes section (or
whatever the large section at the bottom is called)?

Thanks.

Yep...just add that field to the view you are using on your Contacts folder
when you print. For example, if you are using the Address Cards view, you
would add the comments field to that view before you print.

How do I do that? I tried on the "define styles" on the print dialog box,
but got nowhere.

Thanks.

You have to customize the folder view, not the print style. Go to View |
Current View and see what view you're in now (or, if you have the Advanced
toolbar visible, you should have a Views dropdown box where you can see the
current view or switch to another one). Then you can either go to View |
Current View | Customize Current View, or right-click a blank area of the
view you're in and click Customize Current View on the popup menu. Click
the Fields button and add the Notes field to the view.
