When printing out pages of Contacts in Outlook 2003 in Detailed Address Card
format, there is always an extra sheet printed last that lists all the
fields but with no info in the fields.

Is there a way to keep that extra sheet from printing?

I don't understand what a printer driver would have to do with this. This
seems to be a page created by Outlook for some purpose, of which I can't
imagine why. This is a properly printed sheet with two columns of fields
starting with "File As" and going all the way through all fields to the
bottom one "Birthday" but with absolutely no values in any one of them, just
a line after each item.

that's the first step. With some printer drivers Outlook printing can be
odd. Abnormal things such as blank page printing can occur. If you are to
proceed to correct the problem then it is usually best to work with the
latest driver and ensure any issues with older drivers are eliminated.
Also remember that prining is view-dependant.

I have the latest printer driver! The sheet it is printing is not abnormal,
just unwanted. I'm not getting blank sheets coming out of the printer, just
this mysterious sheet.

If you print Contacts in Detailed Address format, do you get an extra sheet
at the end of printing your Contacts that has all the fields available but
with no values, or does it only happen to me?

I just tried this and it did the same so it looks like it's a bug.
I can't see the issue listed so I'll follow it up.
To check: do you have Office 2003 SP1 installed?

Yes I do have Office 2003 SP1 installed. I may be wrong, but I think I had
this same problem with MS Office Pro 97-Outlook when I printed out the
detailed contact list. Maybe it's something Microsoft thinks we want. Even
if there is a good reason for it, I would like to disable it, if that is
possible.

thanks for taking the time to print it out.
