Printing comments

Hi all,

I have a worksheet with comments. I want to print this comments on the sheet (for training purposes). However, when I go to preview, setup and then sheet, the comments box is greyed out. I have tried this with the comments displayed and not displayed before I go to preview.

Any clues as to what I am missing?

Look under pagesetup>sheet asd select as displayed on sheet (or at emd of
sheet)
You also have to make the comments visible under view>comments
