I have a document that contains comments. The area related to the comments
appears as highlighted in yellow. The comments pop up as you move the cursor
over the highlighted area. Is there a way to print out this document with
the highlighted areas appearing in yellow and the comments displayed on the
page?

Thank you.

1. Highlight commented areas in yellow
Go to Tools> Options> Track Changes> select desired colour in "Comments
Colour"

2. Print comments on page
Go to File> Print> and select "Document showing markup" in "Print what"

These options may not be available in Word 2000.

Melissa - Thanks for the reply.
I don't see these commands in Word. Are you describing features in Word
2003? (I have 2000).

Not necessarily. There is probably a different way of doing it in Word 2000.
Unfortunately, I skipped from Word 97 to Word 2002 and have rarely used the
reviewing tools, so I can't answer that, but perhaps someone else can.
