Printing Columns

I have a simple "data table" contining names, addresses
and phone numbers.

When printing, I would like the data printed down the
page to the margin and then start anew along side the
first columns and continuing to the margin. Then start
the subsequent pages as necessary.

Is there a way to automatically number the line entries?

How do I repeat the column headings in the second and
subsequent set of columns?

Hope this is helpful - Goto File\Page Setup\Sheet
Then select Page Order at bottom of Window
select Over then Down?
Also you can setup the Print Titles for your headings in
Option Rows or Columns to repeat (if you select a
specific cell that will repeat on each page)

NOpe. That didn't do it. What I got were three pages

with the single "set" of columns on each page. I wanted
to have two sets of columns on the page. Like a telephone
book.

You could try copying and pasting your range into Word and then use Word's built
in features to print columns.

And David McRitchie has some code you can steal (if I recall correctly, you'll
need to modify it to do "multiple columns in", "multiple columns out").
