Printing Arrow in Chart

I am using Excel 2007. I made a line chart with a textbox and an arrow
pointing towards the data line. The box prints but not the arrow. I also
clicked on bring forward on the arrow but it is still not printing. Any help
what may be wrong or is this another Excel bug?
 
Try grouping the chart and the arrow. Click one, hold CTL and click the
other; right click and use Group
