Printing and Saving Dialog Boxes In The Background

Hi

I have recently been having problems with idalog boxes in Word 2000. When I go to print or save, the appropriate dialog boxes come up, but they do not come up "on top" or in the foreground. I have to dig around on the screen for them, moving the document or other window panels/applications aside until I find the opened dialog

Can someone provide a bit of advice on how to fix this? Thanks!

This is caused by a conflict with an add-in, usually the Norton Office
