When I try to print formatted address labels, Word prints garbage and/or hangs up my printer. 1. Open Word. 2. Tools, Letters & Mailings, Envelopes & Labels. 3. Labels, full page same label. 4. Options laser/injet, Avery 5163, OK. 5. New document, label form comes up. 6. Enter label address, tab to next label position, enter label address. 7. Click print icon on tool bar. It prints garbage across the top of the page and/or hangs up the printer. I have also tried printing by File, Print, OK. I get the same results. My printer is an HP Injet 855C. Can you help? Thanks.

Have you added a header to Normal.dot?
