Printing a word document

I am getting an error "ERROR: undefined OFFENDING COMMAND: &13H" when I try
to print a document to any HP 4350 printer. It will print without error to
any other printer model type. Any ideas?

i have, i've also tried different drivers for this same printer but am
getting the same error.

I'm also having that same error but on a HP 4600... any help would be awesome!
