Printers Second Post

Frustrated

I just reinsatalled windows from the IBM rescue disk and activated and
installed all the update. Now all my Printers are gone and I cannot
use the add printer wizard. It goes through the steps but at the end
it say installlation fails

The print spooler IS RUNNING

One more thing. When I boot up the is a sound that sound like an
error message but pop ups as to what causes it. Event viewer reveals
nothng

Any Help is appreciated

You just posted this earlier today. I know you're frustrated but you need
patience. This is a peer to peer support newsgroup. Everyone is a
volunteer from around the world. It can take 24-48 hours for the person who
might have a solution to see it and post. Multiple postings in a short time
will not help the issue.

Have you called IBM for support? Have you uninstalled/reinstalled the
printer drivers?
 
IBM says reinstall Windows again!!

Reinstalled Print drivers before posting. Nort a print drive issue
since I see NO printers if printer folder not any specfic printer
