Printer stoped working, I uninstalled and tried to
reinstall, I get the message RPC server is unavaliable
then I would get a message that the printer spooler is
not running. I even tried to install another printer,
still the same message. But, when I went into control
panel, it said that the device was working properly,
whats up?

Sound like a permissions problem.
