I have an Lexmark X75 multifunctional Printer/Scanner.
Some days ago, I was printing some documents and the
printer just stopped, and my pc doesn't recognized it. I
tried to take off the USB cable, I tried to uninstall the
printer, I tried to uninstall the USB Driver. And I
connected a web cam on my USB and my pc can identify
it. "My printer just works when it wants". So, the
technical support of Lexmark said that I have to
configure my USB, but I don't know what can I do.

If you have access to another computer, install it and see
if it works... The printer could have been fried by a
voltage spike.
If you can't do that, disconnect the printer cables and then
use the device manager to remove the printer and the USB
hubs; then reboot...then use the Lexmark CD to install your
drivers or download the latest driver, instructions and
download from this page
