To save money with any inkjet printer, reset the default
print quality to draft or high speed, the normal setting
wastes a lot of ink. On my HP 882c and 3820 the draft mode
looks great. Your ink will last 2 to 3 times as long.
| I was given a Canon printer some time ago because it was
not working.. I
| replaced the cartridges and carrier, and for a while it
worked.. it stopped
| eventually, and wanted a new carrier and cartridges
again.. nuts to that.. I
| bought an HP 5150.. smokin printer.. PC World in the UK
are selling them
| instore for GBP 70.00 or the HP 5650 for GBP 80.00 on the
web only..
| cartridges are not overly cheap but last much longer than
other
| manufacturers, and you get a new print head each time..
