printer problems

Help! For some reason I cannot print from my account but my husband can from
his.I used to be able to print. Can anyone help me?
 
Did you check the Printer Queue ? - Most likely you've got a failed
job at the top of the queue and as long as that job exists, no new
print jobs will reach the printer.
Open the Printers applet in Control Panel. Double-Click the printer
(Such as Canon Pixma). The printer Queue will be shown. Check
and see if any jobs are pending, if so Right Click the entry and choose
delete. Usually, whenever jobs are pending you will see a printer icon
in the System Tray (by the Clock display).

Go into Control Panel > Printers & Faxes.
If your printer shows, right-click and select Properties. Select the
'Security' tab. In the 'Group or user names' area, click on 'Everyone' . In
the lower box 'Permissions for Everyone', check the box 'Print' located in
the 'Allow' column. You may also want to check the other two available Allow
options. Click OK.

If a printer isn't shown, click 'Add Printer'. Follow instructions to
install the driver.
