Follow the instructions at Bruce Sanderson's website and pay special attention to his section on Lexmark printers. http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/CleanPrinterDrivers.htm At the end of the cleanup, reboot the PC. Download a new set of drivers from www.lexmark.com ....install the software and do NOT reconnect the printer until the software tells you to do so. Cari www.coribright.com
