I have a hp deskjet 812c printer and windows XP..........lately when I print something all I'm getting is a bunch of scribble letters,symbols,etc.....when I go into the queue to delete, it's telling me it's deleting, but the paper keeps printing, I've gone through 25 to 30 sheets of paper before it would finally delete........why is this happening and how can I stop it before I go through all my paper......also it doesn't matter if I reboot my computer.........it just goes back to printing, the same thing if I turn off the printer, when I turn it back on, it continues to print..........it's like it has a mind of its own...........can anyone tell me what to do???
