Printer problem

My printer won't print at all, I've tried everything. A light indicating that there is a paper stuck keeps flashing but when I check there's no paper stuck. I don't know what do, I've tried printing a test page but it just says " this document failed to print" and it sends me directly to troubleshooter which hasn't helped either.

Contact the printer manufacturer's support service, or perhaps a WEBbased
support forum that can be reached via their WEBsite.
 
Try unplugging it from the mains and leave it off for a min or so hopefully
it might reset itself.Also give it a good looking at the inside to see if
any obstructions are there.

Go to the Administrative tool, Stop and the Start the Print Spooler, once that is done, double click on the printer icon that is on the task bar and if it does not print, try another printer cable if there is no error on the printer
