Hello there,

I've got a printer set up in a network, with a few people who have access to
the one printer. I set the options to remember the documents printed, so I
can see what user is printing, etc,etc..but I think when I reset (oe ir
could have been adaware, as I've known that to clear my favourites in
regedit), it forgot the list of all pre-printed documents..

Is there anyway so the Pc will remember all documents printed over the
network share, irrespective if I reset? (Or another piece of software clears
it)

Is there a more advance option hidden within WinXP that works like "Keep
printed documents", and will retain information until "I" choose to clear
it.

Regards.
Paul.

You might want to look into Technesis software for printer logging - there
are a lot of similar products out there.

I did a search in google, after using "printer logging" and various other
words, and I'm now using a trial of "Print Audit 5", price dependant and I
find it useful, I much purchase it, failing that, I'll go on another hunt
for another freebie.. =-)
