Printer paper sizes

I just setup a check printing station with Windows 2000 using a Okidata
ML590 printer on a Jetdirect. Is there a way to setup a custom paper size?
With Win98 you had the option to setup a custom page unfortunatly I have not
been able to find this under Windows 2000 printer paper selection options.
