You aren't giving us enough information to work from but looking at my
crystal ball it tells me you are trying to load the information from the old
CD. This contains drivers for Windows9x/ME and will NOT work with XP.
You cannot down load a printer from any web site! Thats probably why IT
won't take it, who ever it is...
So please give better detail so we can help you correctly....
