printer installation error

I've tred to install my new lexmark 1500 printer to my windows vista
computer. It worked but then crashed. Everytime I turn on my printer now it
says there is a Debug error and will not work. I've been in touch with
Lexmark and followed all their instructions but it still does not work. Help!
 
Hi Annie,

Disconnect the printer, uninstall the software, run system restore to a
point before the installation began. Start over. If it still doesn't work,
return the printer and get a different one.
