Slow down and do one thing at a time. It is very unlikely that you have 6 copies
if you direct the printer to print just one.

There is just a chance that there may be more than 1 set up in the Printers
window. Click start/Settings/Printers and look there just to see if you have 0
in the document list.
When you have had printer trouble it is always a good idea to look in the above
mentioned place as you may have asked the printer to print several times and
that builds up the stack.

If you see 0 there, then print again making sure that 1 in the 'Number of
copies'.

When you click file and go to print it should bring up a Printing options
dialog box, where you choose which printer you'll be using, the Page Range,
and number of copies you wish to print, I would guess that it might be set to
print 6 copies of each document. Just change that back to 1. If that's not
the case then you probably just had some print jobs that had built up in the
print queue, in which case clearing your print queue by double clicking your
printer in the Printers and faxes window and deleting the pending documents
should do the job.
