I purchased a Dell computer last Christmas and a few
months later, we attempted to download the drivers for a
Canon Multipass printer. I ended up with an error message
which comes on every time I turn on the computer that says
something to the effect that the Spooler Subsystem App
failed and had to shut down and to send a report to
Microsoft. I still down know how to fix this and I cannot
add a printer to my computer. I have taken the printer
off but I keep getting this message.
How do I reinstall our printer and clear this up. Do I
have to totally reinstall the operating system? I went
thru a series of troubleshooting at the time but have been
unsuccessful. Please help. I would appreciate a response
