I have designed a poster A4 size. Now I wish to print the same poster into a
leaflet, but to print same poster as an A5 version to show two images on one
A4 sheet. How do you do this?

Since you've already created it, your best bet is to use Zoom: 2 pages per
sheet in the Print dialog (note that you'll have to select 1,1 as the pages
to print).

Note that the label in your Print panel may be different -- in my HP
printer dialogs, it's called "pages per sheet" and it's a drop-down.

In both Word 2003 and Word 2007, it's "Pages per sheet" under "Zoom." The
Word Print dialog is the same for all printers, BTW.

Beside "Zoom," I have nothing at all. "Pages per sheet" is the next
line down, below "Zoom," and it has the drop-down for choosing the
number of pages.

I didn't say there was anything beside "Zoom." I said that "Pages per sheet"
was *under* Zoom. In any case, I feel sure anyone who looked at the Print
dialog could find the needed control.
