Hey Prototype,
Thats a strange one.
I think a 1068 is a service dependency error. Print spooler can't start
because it thinks a service it depends on is not running.
Go into services and check its dependencies, it should just be the RPC
service, which you shouldn't be able to stop, check rpc is running while you
are there.

Double click print spooler and click the dependencies tab.
Are there any other dependencies set besides rpc.
Is it definitely a 1068, are there any other related errors in the system
event log
