print setup

when i go to setup my printer it says "operations could
not be completed" why is it doing this i would like some
answers

By 'setup' are you referring to 'install'?

Are you logged on as an Administrator... or a User with Admin Rights?

Have you installed the software BEFORE connecting the printer?
