Print Setup in Windows Calendar

Hi there...I'm new to Windows Vista and I'm in the process of setting up my
Windows Calendar. I had planned on using it to create my own hard copy
organizer, as I had with Outlook 2003. But the Page Setup button under the
Print Style dialog is not functional (I tried it for all calendar types). Is
this a glitch? I tried to see if it was because I have Home Premium, but I
have now burned up an entire evening in a search of the Microsoft website and
have nothing to show for it but dry contact lenses and a strained neck. Any
ideas?

That's my problem. When I'm in Print Setup, I can see that there is a page
setup option, but it is not highlighted. In Outlook, I would click that
button for a host of options--printing weekends, adding a lined notes
section--and though I don't expect that many features to choose from, I was
hoping for at least a few. I can't even find a Print preview option! I
checked File -> Options to make sure I was not overlooking some check box in
my preferences, but the only things there were settings to change the work
week, and options for the day's start and end times. (I even double-checked
the Print button to this morning to make sure it was not my contact lenses.
It wasn't. :P) Thanks for helping me try to figure this out.
