I am adding work sheets then copy and pasting previous
sheet(s) into my folder. Where are the settings, if any
to include the Print set up when pasting from the
previous sheet - which is landscape with narrow marging
necessarry to print on to A4.'
Is it possible to set up 'Folder' print settings.

Brian;
I, for one, am not too sure what you are getting at.

Are you saying that you're copying/pasting to a new worksheet in the
same workbook or
copy/paste to a new sheet in another workbook?

i.e.. define "Folder"

After your pasting is complete, select the sheet tab of a WS that has all
the correct settings that you want, then hold <Ctrl> and click on any and
all sheet tabs (group) that you wish to convert.
Now, when all keys are released, make sure that the sheet tab of the WS that
you are using as the "main" to be copied *from* sheet, is *bold*.

Then, all you have to do is:
<File> <PageSetUp> <OK>.

All the settings are copied *from* the *bold* named sheet, to all the others
that were selected.
