I am trying to install a printer but when I click add printer it says "Print
service spooler not running" what can I do?

I recently had the same problem, and when I used services.msc to start the
print spooler, I got another error message about "dependent group" or
something. For $35, Microsoft led me to another item under services.msc
called "lexbce" which was disabled. Enabling that allowed me to start the
spooler and all was well.
