Print Screen

Just recently, I have been unable to print screen shots
into other appliactions such as MS Word. I use the PRT SCR
button or the ALT-PRT SRC for just the active windows, but
when trying to paste the image into say MS Word there is
nothing to paste.

Can anyone help?
 
John after you take the screen shot with the print screen button go to Start
Run and type clipbrd and see if the screen shot can be viewed with clipboard
viewer. I don't know what it would mean if nothing is in the clipboard but
at least you'll know whether there is anything to paste. Have you tried
just copying and pasting text?

Open Word first. Minimize it to the taskbar if it's in the way. Do your
screenshot. Then paste to Word.
