Print Screen Size

When I do a print screen the size of the screen is less than 1 meg. When
our customer does a print screen the size they send is more than 1 meg to 5
meg. They are on a windows. Are there setting for size of print screen?
How can we get the size to reasonable size compare to 1-5 meg. Much too
large for our usage.
 
Hello,

ask your customers to save the file as *.JPG, then the file will be smaller
(with *.BMP, they become > 1 MB large).
