I am a simple user of access. Request you to please help me with this.
I need a macro to run a report and output to a pdf file for each value of a field which is in the header.
for e.g. there is a field in the header say - person.
I want the report to run and create a pdf file separately for each value in the field say mr.x, mr.y. mr.z
I can create a seprate query to pick the values in the field "person" depending on the criteria which i define in the query.
can anyone please help me with this, any help and advice would be highly appreciated.
