I would like to have the code to print a report to a printer which is the
non default printer?

Any help greatly appreciated.

If you know the printer at design time, you can:
1. Open the report in design view.
2. Choose Page Setup from the File menu.
3. On the middle tab of the dialog, designate a specific printer.
4. Save the report. It will always go to that printer.

If you need the end user to be able to select one of their printers and have
the report remember to use that printer in future, see:
Printer Selection Utility
at:

That particular code uses the Printer object available in Access 2002, 2003,
and 2007 only, but the article has links to Albert Kallal's solutions for
Access 97 and 2000 as well.

Thanks Allen, much appreciated.
