print preview

When I click print preview icon I reveive the print pop up box - I find the
print preview icon really useful and cant understand why it has suddenly
stopped working.
 
The answer to your problem could be really simple or really hard depending on
whether your icon has 'disappeared' or ' stopped working'
 
Maybe...

Tools|Customize|Toolbars Tab|Select the Standard toolbar and click the Reset
button.

If you've added anything to that toolbar, you'll have to add it again.
