Print Preview via AD

I'm currently trying to provide print preview on a locked down image via AD. It isn't a default toolbar button therefore it doesn't have an option in cofigure toolbar buttons. Can anyone help.

What do you mean? Print Preview is typically available via File | Print
Preview. Are you saying that the Standard Toolbar is not available? Off of
the top of my head, I am not familiar with any 'shortcut' ( such as Ctrl-P
or the like ) to give you the print preview. What application are you using
where you would need Print Preview?
