Print Preview not showing entire page - Word2003

I have a landscape 8.5" x 14" Legal document that contains a large table (a
P.O.S. keyboard layout). The print preview continually defaults to a 3.21"
left margin. It cannot be changed or the document changes. I have removed
the Normal.dot and also tried to reset it, nothing seems to work. The left
side of the document is cut off.
Any ideas out there?

Are you certain you're in Print Preview? Or are you in the Print Layout view?
This sounds more like the latter, and Word positions the page such that you
can see as much of the working area as possible.

If you want to see the entire page (either view), go to the "Zoom" box on the
toolbar and select "Whole Page" or "Page Width".

Thanks for the suggestions Cindy, but I have found the problem. I was
definitely in the Print Preview area. The I am using a Windows2000 PC and
the rest of the office is using XP Pro. All other PC's appear to work fine.
Once I downloaded and installed the appropriate drivers for the printer, it
all works well.
