Print preview does not show all of a letterhead

I have created a letterhead. It contains both a picture (icon of a scale) at the far left of the page, and two text boxes: one that contains my name and address (on the left side of the page just right of the icon, and one that contains my phone and fax numbers, my email address, and my web page address (on the right side of the page).

Print preview only shows the graphic--not anything else--and, of course only prints that. What is the problem? Have I somehow changed the view settings. Print preview should show all of the letterhead and print it

Help, please

On the Print tab of Tools | Options, check the box for "Drawing object"
under "Include with document" (assuming your graphic is inline and that's
why it's printing and the text boxes aren't).
