Whenever I try to print a document, it says the margins are outside the print
area, when I click ok it prints but not all the infor is on the same page,
after it prints when I print the same doc again it gives me the same error,
margins are outside....but then it prints correctly. Nothing is changed in
page setup, does anyone know what could be going on? I have to print each
doc twice to get it correct.

Thanks,

Do you have any other printers to try to print to? If so, what happens when
you print to them?

If not, can you install a new printer via Start->Settings->Control Panel,
double-click on Add Printer, follow through the prompts and select any
printer (i.e. an HP DeskJet 830), then open the file, go to File->Print,
select the new non-existing printer, click Close (the button changes from
Cancel to Close when you select a different printer), then go back to
File->Print, select the correct printer and print a page?

If still no luck, does the problem exist in all documents?

What kind of printer do you use? If you use an HP then you could be
encountering a bug in your printer driver. Obtain a beta driver from:
http://www.hp.com/pond/ljbeta/index.html and see if that resolves the
problem

If that isn't it then go to File/Page Setup, zero out all margins and
click OK. You should be prompted with a "Margins outside the printable
area" message. Click the Fix command to determine the printer's
printable area.
