I have a time sheet which I add daily. Is there a way to, once the sheet is
printed, to print the last entry only. In other words, I enter, say, todays
times to the time sheet, I place the printed sheet in the printer and it only
prints todays shift adding it on to the sheet? I hope that is clear!!!

Select the range (e.g. row) you want to print, then File/Print area/Select
print area

Stefi,

Do you think it will work? It will print near the left margin, not in the
desired place of the already printed sheet. Isn't it?

The only real chance you have, is to format the text of preceding rows as
white

Hi Jaleel,

You are right, I forgot that George wants to use the first printout as a
frame.
